Contact Lenses

• Unopened, unmarked contact lens boxes may be returned for a full
  refund within 14 days of delivery.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, marked, damaged, or
  incomplete contact lens boxes cannot be returned.
• Contact lens solutions and other care products are non-refundable
  unless faulty.

Sunglasses

• Sunglasses may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they
  are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original
  packaging and accessories.

Return Shipping

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless
  the goods are faulty or supplied in error.

Non-Returnable Items

• Damaged items, damaged packaging, opened contact lens boxes,
  contact lens solutions, and products that are not in a resalable condition
  are not eligible for return or refund.
